Online Anatomy& Physiology Class
I am now offering Online Anatomy Classes!

​This interactive class is designed to be practical and relevant to your Ortho-Bionomy® practice. It aims to help the student develop a basic understanding of anatomy and how different components of the body work in relationship with each other as well as create a strong base for future self study. This class is informative, functional in its approach and taught from an Ortho-Bionomy perspective, so it is practical for those just starting to learn about the human body as well as those who have studied anatomy before.
We will cover anatomy basics of orientation, terminology, joints, bones, muscles, fascia, proprioception, and the other major organ systems including, the integumentary, nervous, circulatory, respiratory, digestive, lymphatic, urinary, and endocrine systems.
I have passion for understanding the human body and sharing it with others. With this class, my intent is to share my passion, while empowering you in supporting your client’s as well as your own well-being. I hope that you will join me!

Course Details
The course will be held using Zoom and has 4 sections lasting 8 hours. Each section will be comprised of 2, 4 hour days, spread out over several months for a total of 32 hrs, meeting the anatomy & physiology requirement for the Ortho-Bionomy Practitioner Training Program.
In hopes of keeping this affordable for students, I have created three pricing options:

$600 if paid in full prior to the first section

Meditation Class Information
Hello Everyone!!
I would like to invite all to a free meditation class I am offering through Zoom as an added support to our students and my clients through these changing times. I have been practicing and teaching meditation for 20+ years and have personally found it an invaluable support in my daily life and I would like to share it with any who are interested.
To start, I will lead you all through one of my favorite meditation techniques I have been practicing and teaching for nearly 20+ years. It is great for quieting the mind, calming the nervous system, as well as healing and re-energizing the body. I find it a great support/self-care as a bodywork practitioner and share it with my clients as well. We can explore breathing techniques and other mediation practices I have used or developed over the years as well.
